This is for the Vaginal Fluid Analysis test kit ONLY. No consultation with Dr. Lea. This option is meant for patients who have an FGI Manual to manage their treatment plan in collaboration with their local doctor. The testing kit is mailed to your address of choice. Consult with your healthcare provider whether they wish for you to self collect your sample or for them to collect in their office. Final report will be emailed to you as well as your designated healthcare provider.
