At-home vaginal fluid collection kits are shipped every Monday (or in the event of a holiday, on the next business day). Shipping time is estimated 4-5 business days. Upon delivery, open and read the instructions included to prepare for collection and return of your specimens to the laboratory. After the return of your specimens, and test results are ready for review, you will receive an email with the online scheduling link to schedule your follow-up appointment via Zoom. Video is preferred but not always required.
For Domestic US Patients Only: A Prepaid Return Label will be included in the collection kit along with instructions to prepare for collection and return of your specimens to the laboratory.
For International Patients: You are responsible for the cost of returning your collection kit to the laboratory. There is no Prepaid Return Label available for international patients. Please follow instructions included in your collection kit for collection and return of your specimens to the laboratory.
