If you wish to be evaluated for one of these conditions at our headquarters in Arizona, click on “Potential Client- Sign Me Up.” In adddition to the conditions listed on the Home Page Header, the following are the ONLY OTHER conditions for which FGI offers services:

• Lichen Sclerosus/ lichen sclerosus et atrophicus
• External Genitalia turning white and labia fusing together
• Labial skin cracking/splitting with itching/burning
• Lichen Simplex Chronicus

FGI does NOT offer services for the following:

Routine annual well woman exams

Breast exams/ mammography

Breast mass concerns or problems

Evaluation for pelvic or abdominal pain

Evaluation for pelvic mass/cysts/cancer

Management/treatment of fibroids

Clitoral pain with or without intercourse

Central pelvic pain with intercourse

Painful menstrual cramps

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMS)

Endometriosis

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Pregnancy/fertility issues

Therapeutic Abortions/ complications

Acute hemorrhaging

Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Excessive uterine bleeding

Irregular uterine bleeding

Evaluation for any gynecologic cancers
